The easy set debris cover is design for keeping debris out of your pool however it is NOT a safety cover. The cover has rope teathers allowing you to tie the cover to the pool to sensure it does not blow off in high winds. In addition the cover helps preserve heat overnight, but does not help heat the pool itself.
