Thermostone Plus - Reliable – Insulating – Quick Assembly
Thermostone Plus is a formwork which is made from expanded polystyrene, allowing the basic pool to be constructed from lightweight blocks, strengthened with steel rebar & then the internal cavities are filled with concrete.
The insulation value of Thermostone Plus block system is much higher than standard construction methods, which means lower heating costs & huge savings on energy.
Unlike other block systems Thermostone Plus Blocks allow the concrete fill to be pumped in up to a depth of 1.75m.
Thermostone Plus PS80/40 have similar characteristics to the original PS40 blocks, but the PS80/40 have an additional layer of PS80 on the pool side, resulting in an exceptionally hard pool wall surface that resists dings, dents and deformitiesCalculation Example Number Of Blocks Required As Well As Concrete Filling

RETURNS:
thermostone plus blocks are produced to order and as such is classed as a special order and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect
If there is a manufacturing defect on the thermostone plus block it can be returned in its original packaging, within 14 days from date of delivery. Returns should be sent via a "Signed For" carrier or post. A Returns Number must be obtained before sending goods back.
