Returns should always be sent via "Signed For" carrier or postal service.

When a return is received back into our warehouse our returns department confirm that everything is present and that the item is in its original condition, to make sure it is eligible for a refund. We will process the refund normally on the same day we take them in, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 working days for the money to reach your bank or credit card. Fi Clor Hygiene Effervescent Tablets For Use In Paddling Pools

Fi-Clor Hygiene Tablets are to be used to sanitise and protect  bathers in "fill and empty" paddling pools. One Effervescent tablet is sufficient to treat 300 litres (66 gallons) of paddling pool water. Dissolve the Fi-Clor Hygiene Effervescent tablets in a clean plastic bucket of water then pour this into the paddling pool.

Paddling Pools should be emptied and refilled every few days.

Install day must be a warm sunny day to replace your liner with very little wind, the hotter it is the easier the installation will be.

Leave your new liner in a conservatory or in a very warm spot to get the boxed liner as warm as possible before unpacking. This will ensure flexibility in the liner when it comes to install day

Prepare your pool Base very carefully, sweeping the pool floor to remove all loose debris and sharp object which may push through. 

Install your pool floor felt and foam walls if you have chosen that optional extra, the floor felt will protect your liner from abrasive damage from the floor of your pool, and give a soft feel underfoot. It will also soften any sudden impact with the pool floor.

Start at the Deep End and secure the liner bead into the linerlock. Work your way round the pool, if two people go in opposite directions. 

Once the liner is fully fitted into the liner lock check how the liner is hanging and adjust where needed. at this stage if possible "Set" your liner with a pool liner vacuum. This will pull the liner against the pool walls and floor, ensuring there are no creases when filling. At this stage fit main drain.

Once any wrinkles are removed start filling the pool. As the pool water rises fit the returns and skimmers as the the water reaches just below each fitting. This will allow the liner to have fully stretched in and reduce any risks of leaks.

Please note that all warranty claims on liners are only valid if any fault is found on a manufactured seam. All the liners are reverse inflated when manufactured to ensure water tightness, so no warranty can be accepted for holed liners.

DO NOT USE ANY KNIVES WHEN OPENING THE LINER PACKAGING.

The iFlo Swimming Pool Pump Filter Combo is an outstanding value unit comprising an iFlo .75hp pump which is a direct replacement for the StaRite 5P2R and 500mm Filter that requires three bags of sand (75kg)

The iFlo Pool Pumps have a heavy duty, air cooled motor and robust pump casing has been engineered to last which means it has a very low failure rate

The Clever Pool Pump Inverter works by allowing your single speed pool pump (1hp to 2hp) to run at lower flow rates, increasing efficiency and reducing energy consumption by up to 60%.

Single speed pool pumps tend to run at higher capacities than required and therefore are inefficient and expensive.

as an example, reducing a motor speed of 2850rpm to 1950rpm can result in reducing power input from 983 watts to 295 which is over 70% less.

    Slidelock Reel from Plastica is a premium reel system made from stainless steel. The Slidelock Reel now comes with an option to make this a semi-automatic reel with a motorised system. The motor is powered by a Lithium battery that provides long life. A charger is also included. There are no wires required and the system comes with a remote control.

    The reel system has an upgrade option of a solar powered panel.     Certikin Heat Retention Cover - Thermalux 12mm Foam cover reduces the running costs dramatically on your swimming pool or hydrotherapy pools, simply by reducing humidity, heating and ventilation levels and should recoup their costs from energy saving within twelve months.

    Certikin 12mm super dense Thermalux foam cover is perfect for spas and small hydrotherapy pools for maxium heat retention when running at temperatures up to 40 degree C. The material is textured  and laminated on both surfaces. Avaliable for cover made to measure or as jumbo roll form at 50m x 3m.

    Hemming is not available and due to the density of the material this cover is not suitable for using reel systems and therefore towing systems are not available.
