Elecro Evolution 2 Electric Pool Heater

Elecro Evolution 2 Titanium Electric Pool Heaters are not the cheapest Pool Heater we sell but they are by far the most reliable and trustworthy. If you want a Pool Heater that is British Made, fully equipped and pre-wired with many safety features not included in other Swimming Pool heaters, including flow switch (no pump interlock required), twin thermostats and contactor then this is the one for you.

Evolution 2 Titanium Elecro Pool Heaters have been designed specifically for Swimming Pools and as with all Pool Heaters will only work when the Swimming Pool Pump is on. An electric heater cannot heat pools that do not have a filter pump.

The 3kW heaters can be connected to the mains via a standard 13 amp plug in conjunction with an RCD, but any larger electric pool heaters will need to be hard wired in and a cable run from it’s own spur also RCD protected. After the electricity supply is fitted the Elecro Evolution 2 Pool Heater is connected byattaching to either end of the Elecro pool heater using Hose Tails.

The Elecro Pool Heater should be sited after the water has passed through the Pool Pump & Filter on the way back into the pool and secured to a base so that it cannot topple over. A plank of wood is ideal. It is essential to have an inverted U bend in the corrugated pipe after it has left the pool heater, this ensures that if there is a malfunction with your filter pump the Elecro Pool Heater will act like a sump and the element will not burn out. Running the hose over a brick or block works exceptionally well. But don’t worry we include all these details and more with every heater we sell.

OC-1 completely changes the way you should filter your pool. It allows you to filter with a constant flow, regardless of how much debris is collected and significantly reduce the running costs whilst still filtering to the equivalent standard, just by using a smaller pump or a variable speed pump or controller.

As OC-1 filter media is light weight and efficient, it is essential that you run your pool pump at a lower rpm using a swimming pool pump inverter or by using a small pool pump. Running your pump at a lower rpm will not make your filter less effective as the OC-1 media is designed to capture more debris and dirt compared to sand or glass media, meaning you get more effective filtration running on a lower pump speed than you would with a traditional filter pump set up & speed. This means you achieve better filtration at a lower rpm which results in energy saving costs.

Reduces pool running costs

As recommended by Certikin we only sell OC-1 with a Certikin Side Mount or Top Mount Filter. OC-1 can reduce energy usage and water consumption. Its open cell formation makes it possible to achieve a greater flow of water through the filter. In many cases this means that pump speeds can be reduced by around 20%, without compromising the original flow, producing impressive energy savings. Alternatively, on new installations a smaller pump can be specified to produce the same flow – saving running costs and initial outlay. Due to its constant flow rate and huge debris capacity, OC-1 can reduce backwashing frequency and water consumption.

    Swimming Pool Leading Edge in stylish black with combined strap set in black,  Both from UK supplier Plastica. The leading edge is attached to a solar cover and allows one person to pull the solar cover easily off the reel system and onto the pool. The domestic premium leading edge is manufactured from polyester netting and coated with PVC for extra strength and durability the leading edge can be installed easily on a new or existing swimming pool solar cover. Polyethylene foam inserts provide the necessary buoyancy.

    The Black Leading Edge comes complete with all necessary fixings and pulling cord.

    The Black Leading Edge comes in two options, the DIY can be fitted to new covers or existing covers by the customer. The factory fitted option is available when customer order the solar cover at the same time. This is then attached to the solar cover at the UK factory. Having it factory fitted is a especially useful when the solar cover has a roman end which is not as straight forward to attach as a standard rectangle cover.     PRODUCT INFO:

    Aquamini Mini Heat Pumps are designed especially for above ground pools. They come with a 3-Pin UK plug and offer a COP between 5 and 5.8. They come in three sizes an Aquamini 3.5kw which is suitable for smaller pools upto maximum of 12 cubic meters, an Aquamini 5.6kw heat pump which is ideal for pools 12 to 15 cubic meters and an Aquamini 7.2kw which is suitable for pools upto 20 cubic meters. If you want an extended summer season using a heat pump you should increase the size of the heat pump as much as possible. So for a 12cubic meter pool the 5.6kw or 7.2kw would work better if you wanted to heat the pool from may - sep, but of course this is dependant on the ambient air temperature.

    32mm and 38mm connections so suitable for intex and bestway pools. We have adaptor kits available if you have larger intex pools with cuff screw fixings

    To get the best performance from your Heat Pump we recommend using the best possible solar cover you can afford and leaving it on whenever someone is not in the pool. Having the solar cover in place during the day can increase pool water temperature, in conjunction with the Aquamini Heat Pump by up to 8°C, and at night just having the solar cover on the pool can reduce heat loss by up to 3°C per night.

    Seamaid Above Ground Pool LED Light

    Seamaid above ground pool colour change Swimming Pool LED light with remote control is compatible with Pools such as the Plastica Wooden Pool, Doughboy pool and Vouge pools. It can be retro fitted to the pool simply with a 1.5'' inlet fitting.
    Seamaid Above Ground Pool Light is a  swimming Pool LED lighting system that requires no tools to fit to your pool structure and is compatible with most above ground pools. The unique (patented) RGB AGL LIGHT (above ground LED) is secured onto the pool wall utilising the inlet fitting that is already installed in your swimming pool! Dependant on the age and model of the pool, the inlet may not be suitable and a replacement necessary (approximate cost is £10.00).

    The AGL light has an RGB (red, green and blue) LED bulb that can emit up to eleven different mood lighting effects! All AGL lights are operated using the remote control to turn the light on or off, or to programme up to five different automatic lighting modes
