DELIVERY: Relax Spa Bromine granules will normally take between 1-3 days, but please allow 5 working days in some extreme cases.

RETURNS: relax products can be returned to us, in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unused and in their original packaging, suitable for resale, within 14 days from date of delivery. Returns should always be sent via "Signed For" carrier or postal service.

When a return is received back into our warehouse our returns department confirm that everything is present and that the item is in its original condition, to make sure it is eligible for a refund. We will process the refund normally on the same day we take them in, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 working days for the money to reach your bank or credit card. It is unlikely to take this long but due to reasons such as bank delays or errors, this may occasionally occur.

1kg Relax Bromine Granules are a popular method to sanitize your hot tub / spa. Relax bromine granules must be pre dissolved prior to being added to your spa water can be dosed straight into the spa water. 

Instructions To Correct Low Total Bromine Levels in Swimming Pools using Relax Bromine Granules

Calculate your pool water volume, if in doubt call us and we can advise you.

Test your pool water for Total Bromine, if lower than 2ppm you will need to increase it. The desired levels should be between 2-5ppm

Add Relax Bromine Granules at a rate of 3g per 1,000 litres to increase the Bromine level by 1ppm. Ideally, aim to keep the Spa Bromine levels around 4ppm or 5ppm.

Check the Total Bromine levels regularly and aim for a reading of 4-5ppm to ensure the water is clean and safe.
