The Quantum UV Swimming Pool sanitiser is a brand new technology to the swimming pool industry with the benefit of being used and approved by high profile industries such as hospitals and drinking water purification companies.

Quantum uses new Nano Crystal technology: a prime focus of the science world today; possessing the power to sterilise sewerage into drinking water without the use of chemicals. In fact one of the many benefits of the Quantum is a significant reduction of residual chemicals such as chlorine or hydrogen peroxide.

Built to be installed easily into your existing set-up, the Quantum is completely safe and significantly more powerful than chlorine, hydrogen peroxide, UV or ozone. Photocatalytic Oxidisation has an immensely powerful effect with the ability to instantaneously destroy viruses, bacteria and pathogens, and more astoundingly possessing the ability to convert sun tan oil, urea and other contaminants back in to their harmless molecular form.

Meticulously designed, Elecro have developed the first cost-effective, photocatalytic oxidiser specifically for the swimming pool industry, for a toxic free swimming sensation. In the Gallery section, there are images of two pools that were both tested for ten days with no chemical treatment, no filtration and with simulated use. The pool shown in the 1st photo had a standard Solar cover fitted and went green very quickly due to algae growth.       Test your Hot Tub water for Total Bromine using bromine test strips or a bromine testing kit. The desired levels should be between 2-5ppm

      Dosing info: Calculate the volume of your swimming pool or hot tub, if in doubt use this link to our Swimming Pool Chemical Handbook to use the handy swimming pool volume calculator. Take an accurate reading of the free chlorine level or available bromine to discover the amount of sanitiser that needs to be removed from the pool or hot tub.

      To reduce CHLORINE level, the dosing rate is 7gms of Fi-Clor Chlorine / Bromine Reducer per 1m3 (1,000 litres / 220 gallons) of water for every 1mg/l (ppm) of chlorine to be reduced. For the fair sized swimming pool of 50m3 (50,000 litres / 11,000 gallons), 350gof the product will reduce the chlorine level by 1mg/l (ppm)

      To reduce the BROMINE level, the dose rate is 3gms of Fi-Clor Chlorine / Bromine Reducer per 1m3 (1,000 litres / 220 gallons) of water for every 1mg/l (ppm) of bromine to be reduced. For an average sized hot tub of 1.5m3 (1,500 litres / 330 gallons), 4.5g of the product will reduce the bromine level by 1mg/l (ppm).

      To achieve the best results, it is advised to  distribute the product evenly around the pool or hot tub. Leave at least 2 hours before re-testing and making any further changes to the water if required.

      It is very important to under-dose rather than over-dose, as too much Fi-Clor Chlorine & Bromine Reducer can produce a chlorine / bromine demand that may cause overdosing again.

        Fi-Clor Hygiene Tablets are to be used to sanitise and protect  bathers in "fill and empty" paddling pools. One Effervescent tablet is sufficient to treat 300 litres (66 gallons) of paddling pool water. Dissolve the Fi-Clor Hygiene Effervescent tablets in a clean plastic bucket of water then pour this into the paddling pool.

        Paddling Pools should be emptied and refilled every few days.

            Fi-Clor Spa pH & Alkalinity Reducer 2kg is an essential product if you need to reduce the pH and Alkalinty levels in your spa. It is important to check the water balance at least twice a week and adjust accordingly. If you have a high pH above 7.6 you should use Fi-Clor pH and Alkalinity reducer to take the pH and alkalinity to the correct level.

            The 2kg container comes with a handy scoop and the Fi-clor granules do not need to be pre dissolved so this product is easy to use and is fast acting. The Granules are rapid dissolving for fast pH adjustment

            Fi-Clor Spa pH Increaser corrects the pH when it falls below 7.2. Acidic spa water is uncomfortable to bathe in and if left unchanged, can cause corrosion of metal parts and fittings.pH Increaser (pH plus) works to increase your pool waters pH balance using soda ash.

            Take a pH reading using test strips or test tablets. Increase the pH if the reading is below 7.2. The dose rate is 10g Fi-Clor Spa pH Increaser per 1,000 litres (220 galls) of spa water. Each dose increases the pH by approx 0.2.

              First check pool water balance and ensure chlorine level and pH levels are correct.

              To Restore Cloudy Water To Crystal Clear: Add Fi-Clor Rapid Clarifier: 100ml Per 50m3 or double if the pool is extra cloudy.

              Swimming pool filtration must be running to clear cloudy water. If debris collects on pool floor, vacuum to waste. Regularly check filter pressure and backwash if required. If pool is still cloudy after 24 hours backwash and repeat dose.

The HTH Supercapsule tablets are enclosed in a plastic sleeve making them easy to handle. Chlorine is slowly released as the capsule dissolves, from either end of the sleeve.                   Fix A Leek is the best swimming pool repair product available. If you are losing water in Your Swimming Pool but not sure where, Fix a Leak can prevent a frustrating, time consuming and expensive process which may require excavation to find a potentially small leak. Fix-A-Leak is one of the most trusted products available and is used by pool professionals in making permanent repairs without any significant costs FIX-A-LEAK is a blended concentrated liquid product that has been designed to seal leaks in virtually any material and is a favourite pool engineers products in resolving potentially expensive repairs. Fix a Leak is used to fix leaks in the shell and/or plumbing and will seal holes 1/8" in diameter. Once sealed the bond is permanent.

                  Fix a Leak is imported from the USA so the measurements on the bottle are based on quarts. To convert to litres x by 1.1326. 1 x 32oz bottle will treat 17,500 litres of water. Do not use in excess of 1 quart per 5,000 gallons of water.

                  DIRECTIONS
                  * Shake Well Before Using*
                  1. Bypass FILTER MEDIA before adding FIX-A-LEAK to water. Sand filters: Set multiport valve to recirculate.
                  2. With the filter pump running, add FIX-A-LEAK slowly through skimmer or in front of any other suction intake.
                  3. After adding FIX-A-LEAK adjust suction to the main drain. If this is not possible, the vacuum cleaner could be used alternatively, simply by placing the vacuum in deepest part of pool and connect to normal vacuum connection. Set filter valve to normal vacuum position.
                  4. FIX-A-LEAK is very heavy liquid and will sink to the lowest point rather quickly. It must be stirred back into suspension, either manually or by using a pool cleaner every 4-6 hrs. during circulation of water.
                  5. Continue to recirculate water until the leak has stopped.
                  6. To check if the Fix A Leak has found the leak and sealed you should mark the water level and check over the next few days to determine if the leak has stopped.
                  7. If you are happy that the water level is stable and the leak fixed you will need to wait 1 to 2 days in order to cure properly. After this time you can switch back to normal filtration.
                  Sand Filters: Set multiport valve to filter. Backwash out unused FIX-A-LEAK .
                  8. Suction Line Leaks - In most cases suction lines only leak water when the filter pump is shut off.

                  Normal Circulation will simply draw FIX-A-LEAK away from the leak and if the pump is shut off the material will simply not get to the leak. You must reverse the flow of water, to force the material through the leak under pressure. Preferably 5-10 psi. until the leak has stopped. When this has been achieved, gradually increase pressure to 15-25 psi. to insure a proper seal.

                  VERY IMPORTANT: After sealing a suction leak "it" is a must to leave suction off the repaired line for no less than 48 hrs. FIX-A-LEAK requires time to cure and harden.

                  Miscellaneous Leaks:
                  If you suspect a leak around fittings inside the pool (such as return fittings) lights, skimmer(s) or steps, etc. Shut down pump.
                  Apply FIX-A-LEAK directly to the leak using a squeeze bottle, similar to a ketchup bottle.
                  Allow a minimum of 48 hrs. to cure before starting up circulation.
