DELIVERY: Fi-Clor Spa Anti Foam will normally take between 1-3 days, but please allow 5 working days in some extreme cases.

RETURNS: Fi-Clor Spa Anti Foam can be returned to us, in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unused and in their original packaging, suitable for resale, within 14 days from date of delivery. Returns should always be sent via "Signed For" carrier or postal service.

When a return is received back into our warehouse our returns department confirm that everything is present and that the item is in its original condition, to make sure it is eligible for a refund. We will process the refund normally on the same day we take them in, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 working days for the money to reach your bank or credit card. It is unlikely to take this long but due to reasons such as bank delays or errors, this may occasionally occur.

Fi-Clor Spa Anti Foam is a premium spa product that is used for the removal of foam build up in your hot tub spa. Foaming is normally a sign of a build-up of residue of shampoo, body lotions, hair products and detergents. To eradicate foaming totally bathers are advised to shower before using the spa.

Fi-Clor Spa Anti Foam should be used only when required.

Instructions To Stop Foaming In Hot Tub Spas using Fi-Clor Spa Anti Foam - Calculate your spa water volume and surface area, if in doubt call us and we can advise you. Add 80ml for every 1,000 litres (220 UK Gallons), or 4m2, directly into the spa water whilst bathers are out of the water.  With the pumps running pour the mixture evenly around the spa. Bathing can be resumed after 15 minutes.

Do not add more than the suggested dose of Fi-Clor Anti Foam to defoam the water.

To prevent foaming ensure hair products, soap, shampoos, body lotions and detergents are fully washed off before entering the hot tub.
