RETURNS: Fi-Clor hardness Increaser can be returned to us, in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unused and in their original packaging, suitable for resale, within 14 days from date of delivery. Returns should always be sent via "Signed For" carrier or postal service.

When a return is received back into our warehouse our returns department confirm that everything is present and that the item is in its original condition, to make sure it is eligible for a refund. We will process the refund normally on the same day we take them in, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 working days for the money to reach your bank or credit card. It is unlikely to take this long but due to reasons such as bank delays or errors, this may occasionally occur.

Fi-Clor Hardness Increaser works to correct the hardness of your pool water using calcium flakes. Correct water hardness levels in your swimming pool will prevent the corrosion of the pool surface, grouting, equipment and fittings in soft water area swimming pools.
If your swimming pool is losing Grout from between the tiles it is most likely from lack of Calcium in the pool water. Using Fi-Clor Hardness Increaser should help resolve the issue.
Fi-Clor Hardness Increaser is fast dissolving and can be applied directly without any pre dissolving
Dosing Instructiosn for Fi-Clor Hardness Increaser:
Calculate you swimming pool volume, if in doubt use this link to our Swimming Pool Chemical Handbook to use the handy swimming pool volume calculator.
Take a reading of the Calcium Hardness in your pool water. For liner swimming pools if the level is below 175mg/l (ppm) and for Tiled swimming pools below 250mg/l (ppm) add Fi-Clor Calcium Hardness.
When the pool is empty of bathers and with the filtration running sprinkle the flakes, quantity as directed on the tub for your pool volume, over the pool water around the edge of the pool avoiding the ares near the skimmers. Do not dissolve first as this may generate excessive heat.
After 24 hours check your readings again and if still below 175ppm for liner pools and 250ppm for Tiled pools repeat the proicess
