RETURNS: ECO+ Above Ground Pool Heat Pumps can be returned unused, in original packaging, suitable for resale, within 14 days from date of delivery. Returns should be sent via a "Signed For" carrier or post. A Returns Number must be obtained before sending goods back.

When we receive the item, our returns department confirm that everything is present and in its in original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible. The Eco+ Above Ground Pool Heat Pump has an exceptionally good COP of 5.3 meaning you can get up to 5 times more heat into your pool than it will cost you in electricity. The Eco+ Heat Pump is a small compact unit and needs very little flow rate to operate which is ideal for the small above ground swimming pools. Above Ground Pool Heat Pumps draw in air and expel air, the air they expel is very cold, other heat pumps tend to blow their freezing cold air (Waste) horizontally which can cause pool owner headaches due to this being a problem of where the heat pump can be situated. The Eco+ Above Ground Pool Heat Pump blows its waste vertically, this mean the heat pump can be sited out the way and out of eye contact from the pool and well hidden with filtration unit. You still must allow the unit to draw fresh warm ambient air for this to work and the ambient air has to be 8°C and above for the unit to work efficiently. The warmer the air the better!!

The Eco+ Above Ground Pool Heat Pump's most valuable feature is the fitted plug and RCD which makes installation easy and less expensive compared to any other efficient heating system on the market, the eco+ Swimming Pool Heat Pump comes complete with all unions and hose tails for all different style swimming pools to be installed with ease. With full flow technology so there is no need for the traditional bypass kit to control the flow, this can now be done with a user friendly colour display 3 button flow indicators.

When purchasing a heat pump you would usually have to take into account the cost to be hard wired into mains by and electrician on its own spurs and RCD. The Eco+ Above Ground Pool Heat Pump is reasonably priced, user friendly, vertical exhaust and runs from a standard UK 13amp 3-pin plug. Below is a guide to the size of heat pump that maybe suitable for your pool. This is based on summer use with a good solar cover being used. Increasing the size of heat pump can make a significant difference in performance and can exten the season either side of the main june - august months. ECO+9 Above Ground Pool Heat Pump  pools up to 30m3 - this would suit a 18ft x 48" Metal Frame Pool

Supplied with hosetails to connect to flexible hose - no bypass kit is required. We can also assist with the correct fittings you may need to install this heater.
