DELIVERY: Fi-Clor 3kg Chlorine Granules will normally take between 1-3 days, but please allow 5 working days in some extreme cases.
RETURNS: Fi-Clor 3kg chlorine Granules can be returned to us, in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unused and in their original packaging, suitable for resale, within 14 days from date of delivery. Returns should always be sent via "Signed For" carrier or postal service.

When a return is received back into our warehouse our returns department confirm that everything is present and that the item is in its original condition, to make sure it is eligible for a refund. We will process the refund normally on the same day we take them in, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 working days for the money to reach your bank or credit card. It is unlikely to take this long but due to reasons such as bank delays or errors, this may occasionally occur.

3kg Fi-Clor Stabilised Chlorine Granules are designed to offer quick and effective swimming pool disinfection.
Following the directions will allow you to safely sanitise your swimming pool, quickly raising the Free Chlorine level to the desired amount. Fi-Clor 3kg Stabilised Chlorine Granules are fast acting without effecting pH and reduces Chlorine loss to sunlight.
Instructions To Correct Low Chlorine Levels in Swimming Pools using Fi-Clor Stabilised Chlorine
Calculate your pool water volume, if in doubt use this link to our Swimming Pool Chemical Handbook to use the handy swimming pool volume calculator.
Test your pool water using your prefered testing method. If the chlorine level is lower than 1ppm you will need to raise it.
Dose rate: 18g Per 10m3 (10,000 litres / 2,200 UK Gallons) will raise the pool water 1ppm
If Dosing directly into the pool avoid inhaling Fi-Clor Stabilised Chlorine Granules dust blown by the wind.
Pre-dissolve the granules if the water is cold or not circulating, such as when the pool is closed for the winter.
